In JIRA issue search, Basic search is unavailable

Usually, in complex search queries, they will disable the basic search option. However in those cases, Basic will appear as blurred.

In my case, I can't see Basic search option at all..
I am searching in "Search Test Executions" using Zephyr plugin

It is the right behaviour when you use the advanced JQL the Basic hyperlink becomes greyed out. It is no longer possible to click on it.

In my case, I can't even see the "Basic" option greyed out. There is not even a greyed out option present
