My users come from a varied background and English is often not their first language, so I'm looking to keep the issues I create for them as clear and uncluttered as possible.
They do not need the ability to add attachments, create subtasks or link issues, so I've removed those options via a user group with a specific permissions scheme.
That just leaves the '+ Add apps' button. which is distracting, takes up valuable real estate and encourages users to play around with apps rather than focus on the task at hand!
I've researched for quite a while but can't find anything, except for Jira Server. Are Atlassian forcing the option on all users, or Is there any way of removing the '+ Add apps' option in JIra Software Cloud?
p.s. if it is forced, hopefully it'll become as popular as the forced download of U2's 'Songs of Innocence'
