In Power Admin, what does the error "..due to errors in the configuration integrity" mean?

I love Power Admin and we are trying to clean up a bloated instance of Jira.  It says I have 32 Issue Types that are not configured to a project but there is an error icon that beside each that states, "Project usage information for issue type XXX could not be fully retrieved due to errors in the configuration integrity.  Results may be incomplete."

Anyone know what that means and where I should check my configuration integrity?
