In a transition screen, Is there a way of showing that a field is required?

A transition contains a field Required validation.  On the transition screen, is there a way (without add-ons) to indicate that the field is required?

The video shows how to make a field required in a transition Validation, not how to present the field with an asterisk.  I meant to ask how to indicate on a screen (as with an asterisk) that a field is Required.  My Required fields have no asterisk.
