Hi @Alison Whittaker ,

You can create a custom field named participants of type user picker(multiple users) and associate the field to your epics and tasks.

Participants is a feature of the Service Desk version.

Hi Alison,

you can add other users as Watchers. This can be done manually by clicking on the eye icon in the upper right on the view issue screen or using Automation or within the workflow Post Function.
