In company-managed projects, do you need to create issues at the bottom of the sprint/backlog?

In team-managed projects, you can create issues in between other issues, without having to scroll to the bottom of the page. Is there any way this can be done in company-managed projects?

Can you please provide a screenshot of exactly what you're referring to here by "in between other issues"?

I think this is what is being discussed. In a Team Managed project if you hover on the boundary between two issues (either in the backlog screen or on a board) you get a + sign that allows you to insert a new issue between the two issues.

This same feature is not available in Company Managed projects.

Ah I see. Indeed that is a TMP thing. Pretty nifty feature f you have a deep backlog.
