When creating a new Project with jira classic - there are 8 different template options.
I'm trying to understand the difference between 'Project Management' and 'Process Control'.
We have Service Desk and other integrations we want to include so I'm trying to understand which is best for the Dev team Scrum and the integration communication while not loosing any of the reports or customizations of issue types.
