Hi Everyone,

Good Day!

I need to find out one user when she/he got Jira access? Is this possible on system audit log? If yes can you please provide me the steps.

Thank you in advance.

Depends what you mean by Jira access.

Audit log should (as far as I recall) track User created events. If the user was created by someone else, there will be a record of who that was. Otherwise, e.g. public signup or ldap-provisioning, there won't be any username, as it was done by the system.

If you mean application access (jira software, service management), then that comes down to group membership, which is in Audit log. You would just need to find out when the user was added to a group, and once again, if it was another person adding them, that person will be shown as the author, if it was done by the system (e.g. default group membership on new account, or ldap-provisioning), no author.
