Hi Team,

When issue created after 24 hours the issue transitioned to "IN PROGRES" and trigger mail every 24 hours.

Can you please suggest automation here.

@Krishna Raghavarapu  May I ask what you are hoping to achieve here?

This will likely impact my suggestion as this could lead to a lot of notification being fired which could lead to people being disenfranchised with the application.

If you must, you can set a scheduler that runs at a particular Tod the day, each day and it sends a reminder if an issue is in status In Progress and Updated >= 24 hours.

Once again, the check depends on what exactly you are aiming for and I’ll often not just have the application spamming people with emails.
