In the Community there are articles, can I add an article?

I have some useful stuff I would like to publish to the community and would like to write an article (I actually have publish one in the past:  https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Jira-Customization-to-the-Next-Level/ba-p/995739

And now I cannot see anywhere to add another one.  (This one should be better as it will be from more than just me :)

How can I request ability to write articles.

Click on Ask the community at the very top of your screen and you will be able to write an article

Right that is what I used to see now I see this:

I think there is an approval process to be able to write articles and I now longer have access to my old ID I was doing it under and cannot remember how I got the permission in the first place.
