In the permission scheme I get this message see attachment:

<< Public: Anyone on the internet can perform this task unless your organization's security policy blocks them.>>

and if it tests anyone can also edit the comments, how can we prevent this this is an unwanted situation

Hi @Eric Roetenberg ,

You can edit the permission scheme and remove the Public permission so that only the roles or groups mentioned in the "Edit All Comments" will be able to perform the action.

1. Select Project Settings in the left sidebar

2. Select Permission to open the Permission Scheme, 

3. Click on Actions and Edit Permissions.

4. Click the Remove link for the permission you wish to remove.

5. Select the Public option and click the Remove button.
