In whatever files your operating system uses for doing DNS configuration.

We can't begin to tell you that, you've not told us what OS you are on, or what DNS system it may be using. 

It's not an Atlassian question either, Atlassian stuff just runs on OS's and uses its network (a part of which may well be DNS)

your company or provider will have a DNS server that you put the information in. Like @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- said, this isn't something you configure in Jira
