Inactivity is not good...

We used Jira for backlog and bugs but was kicked out because of inactivity :( Well, we were warned so that is ok, we can start over. However, we would like to use our old subdomain, and that does not seem to work. Does anyone have an idea how we can achieve this? Thx/J

Hi @Jacob Gustafsson welcome to the community.  Has it been less than 15 days since your account went inactive?  If so, you should be able to reactivate it again.  Check out this Atlassian Support article for more information. reactivate-a-subscription 

That article also refers to contacting Atlassian about reactivating your account.  I would see what they can do to get you up and running.

Thanks! I am afraid it was more than 15 days ago but I will check it out.
