Incidencias abiertas

Buenos días,

 

Llevo un tiempo con problemas con la creación de nuevas incidencias. Algunas, no sé aún por qué tras crearlas y al ir a buscarlas para actualizarlas, no se encuentran en las incidencias abiertas pese a no estar cerradas. Me trastorna muchísimo este tema ya que si entro en un proyecto y quiero ver las incidencias del mismo que están abiertas, tengo que ir una por una mirando ya que en el listado de abiertas no aparecen.

Hi @Marina Reimúndez 

Your question indicates you have created issues and are not seeing them in the backlog list.  Is that correct?

If so, a couple of common causes of this are differences in the project filter for the board, or unmapped status values for the board.  For example, as described in this community post.

Please work with your project admin to check those two things to see if that is the cause.
