Include Confluence content within Jira Release Notes

Hi there

we use the release notes functionality. Most of our issues got a link to a confluence page which describes deeper the functionality. 

Is it possible to fetch this content and include it into the release notes?

First solution would be to have the confluence link within the release notes - best solution would be that we have the confluence content directly after the issue information.

If it is easier to solve it with the rest api - that is totally okay.
