Incoming Emails being flagged as Duplicates

We recently just updated Jira v8.5.8 and now we have incoming emails being flagged as a duplicate. This results in the email being deleted without the ticket being created. 

The email subject line is the same as well as 95% of the email body. The emails are not exact duplicates. 

Is there a setting that we can update so it doesn't try to eliminate duplicate tickets from being created?
