Hello, I created a new project in Jira using the "General Service Management" template. I'm trying to configure the incoming email management to create tickets from received emails. I have set up my email in the mail server with a Microsoft account. However, in the Incoming Mail Handler section, I'm not sure if I have configured everything correctly. Yes, I have set up email forwarding in Outlook, but I'm still getting a bounce-back message saying that it is unable to send the email to the Jira email.

Note: for a JSM project a mail handler is not needed.

Still my other question, if this is a JSM project, there is no need for a mail handler.
Mail handlers are only fro non JSM projects, to allow user to sent email to create an issue.
