Incomplete CSV Download Custom Issue List Charts

I have a Dashboard for my project that I use for reporting. I am using the Custom Charts Issue List to display custom fields, etc. When downloading into a CSV it does not download the complete data. In the chart and in the project itself when filtered by created date I see 111 issues but when downloading into CVS only 37 issues display.
