Increment custom field ONLY on SPECIFIC transition

We can transition from the QA to Do status to the Failed status in 2 different ways (each with different screens, permission, and triggers)

-QA Failed

-Customer failed

I want ONLY to increment my custom field of "customer failed count" when the transition from QA to Do to Failed goes through the "customer failed" path.

How can I accomplish this?

I am able to increment the field any time the issue transitions from QA to Do to Failed using this method:

but that is only half of what I am looking for.

It is not possible to specify an individual transition as the trigger for an Automation rule at this time.
