Information field in Jira 7

Hello,

I have Jira version 3 instance with "instructions" type custom field. Probably added as addon/plugin some long time ago.

Field is read only HTML text, designed to put instructions in "create issue" form(screen), something like "Please ensure this and that..." or "by submitting you agree to..."

Any idea how to achieve such functionality in Jira 7?

I'd take a guess that this is a "message field" from the Jira Toolkit add-on.  That is still valid for Jira 7.x and should work the same way as it did in 3!
