we're using Insight Read Only Customfields which as far as I know are always triggered when creating or updating an issue.
One of them is called for example 'Calculated countries' which includes very many countries. So the content is very long.
Now we're facing the issue that this behaviour (trigger on create/update) leads to a big issue-history. Because every time a little thing in the issue is changing (for example the description, the components etc.) the content of this read only field is listed in the history although the content of this Insight Read Only field hasn't changed.
Is there a possibility to change this?
I have already searched a lot but found nothing about that.
