Insight - Read Only Field does not work on Create Screen

Hi all,

I am trying to use Insight Read Only field on Data Center. 

I want to display it on Create Screen. I searched and tried lots of things but no way.

Actually, I want to specify read only field value from a select list field option. 

before select list selection an example;

"objectType" = "Priority" and "CODCONF" = "Code"  it works on IQL Search,

and I configured on the field like this

Filter Scope (IQL) = "objectType" = "Priority"

Filter Assign Scope (IQL) = "CODECONF" = "Code"

Object attributes on Issue view = Name ( I tried another attributes here)

But create or view screen, the read only field returns None

How can I handle it? or any suggestion for me?
