I have an insight automation rule in place that sends email notifications weekly for each certificate that is about the expire.
I would like to change this so it creates an issue instead, but only once.
I'm not sure how to check in the rule whether the issue already exists or not? how can i do this? if possible at all?
I am on version v8.12.3, but upgrading to the latest non-cloud version next week.
