Insight is empty in the GET PROJECT Rest API

Hello, 

i want to get the lastIssueUpdateTime for a specific project, i found this Rest API that has an insight object that include this information i want, but unfortunetly i tested it in many projects i still can't find this insight object in the json response body. 

i tested also to add ?expand=insight in the end of the URL but nothing happened.

Am blocked now, any help please ?
