Hey there i am trying to get Insight to print labels properly. Few things i noticed, if anyone else has a fix let me know.
- label printing simply does not work in firefox. Tried a bunch of different settings on the template, but all i ever get is blank labels no border even. Is this a known issue?
- label border is not centered. I have tried adjusting the template in a myriad of ways and while i can get the text centered, the border always seems to come out not centered on the label.
I am going to email their support. For some reason I always think insight is maintained by atlassin, but the support email is to a riada.se email address so i guess not.
Will post back with their response if any.
