Hello community,
Can anyone explain what does the below mean? (Insights)
What exactly was modified and where can I set it to default?
Not sure if the Learn more link on the message holds more information.
Based on what I read here, the Insights report wants to show issues that are blocking other issues. To indicate something like that, Jira lets you use issue links between two issues. Those links have a name and an ingoing and outgoing side of the link.
There is a built-in link that is called blocks. One side of the link is called blocks, while the other side is called blocked by. It seems that somehow the configuration of issue linking in your instance has been changed, so that this link type is not recognised exactly the way Jira expects it to be.
You can check your issue linking configuration in Jira Settings > Issues and then from the left hand side Issue Features > Issue linking. Maybe there's a clue there when you look at the available link types.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for your answer. I've checked the Issue linking but can't really understand what is it that Jira doesn't like. Everything seems ok to me, but then again, I don't know what is the "default version" that is mentioned in the message above.

I have checked in 2 different sites and the Name of the link there is Blocks instead of Blocking. My guess is that that might be the issue.
