Installation failed

I am trying to install Jira 7.2.6 software on CentOS 7 

- I have downloaded the software, changed the permission 

- When I am installing it getting below error 

-/opt/atlassian/jira/jre/bin/java
Could not create this file. Shall I try again?

- It get failed after retry with same error 

 

What I am missing to do ?
