Installation instructions for BigGANTT trial version.

Our organization has signed up for a BigGANTT trial cloud version.  The Atlassian administrator downloaded it, but we are trying to figure out how to provide permission to others in the organization.  When I try to access it from the JIRA home page, I am getting this error.  We have tried multiple ways to correct this, but can't figure it out.  Can anyone help?  Is there a user guide for the trial version of BigGANTT?

I guess that I am a little late here, but will still comment in case someone else faces similar situations.

Looking at your screenshot I gather that you are trying to access a different plugin - Gantt Cloud. For future reference, please make sure to select BigGantt, which may be easily identified by the icon next to it.

If you are unable to see it, please get in touch with your Jira administrator to verify your Jira permissions and/or BigPicture roles.

License status: Valid

Our administrator has access to BigGantt on the cloud.  He is not getting the error message that I am.  How does he provide me with permission to use the trial version?

Where would I find Manage Apps?  I don't see it on my user account.  Is it in admin?

Yes, your Jira Admin should be able to check the license details for you! Also, you can ask your admin to go through the link I have shared above which would help him/her understand how to provide you access for BigGantt.
