Installing Data Center via Helm

The following is what is currently happening for me on my deployment:

• I have my postgres db credentials and jira trial license all being populated via helm install into my k3s cluster.
  • I went through the initial install setup manually for the database to be created and such.
• I then run my helm install after the steps above, when I hit the Jira homepage, It is going to the initial setup screen, which should already be configured I would think.

How do I run this helm chart so that it doesn't go to the "initial setup" page when first accessing the homepage? It should already be wired up to the database that is configured in the dbconfig.xml file?
