Integrate JIRA with Bitbucket

I want to see Development field in JIRA issues. I have integrated JIRA<->Bitbucket and Bitbucket <->JIRA. I am able to see jira issues in bitbucket but unable to see "Development" field in Jira issues. It seems to be a permission issue, but any idea how to resolve this. I am configuring this using Admin account.

Check your project permissions and make sure that you are allowing users to View Development tools

I have included the appropriate group for "Development Tools"..attached is the screenshot. Any issues you see in the screenshot? Thank you for responding.
