we have two jira instances once cloud and one server.
is there a way for a project from Jira server to be visible and worked on via Jira cloud.
Our PM team user Jira server as it is also used by our customers during on boarding and set up of our service. however the PM team may need to raise tickets against projects which are on our Jira server.
Ideally i want a way where the PM team only have to log into Jira Cloud but can raise tickets into Jira server projects.
i know this is not the best way to work however it is only needed for a short term solution we work on a fully functional single client portal and service desk.
