Integrate Jira DC and SE tool

Hi Team,

We would like to Integrate Jira (Datacenter) and SE tool and when we see plugin "swtabid for SystemWeaver integration" is out of support and we are not able to utilize it. Could you please provide us the solution or alternatives for this ?

Hi @Akash Jain 

could you please explain, what you expect from the integration? If the idea is to display additional information, you could create a calculated field using Scriptrunner. This can then display data - also based on other custom fields in the same issue - that can be shown on screens in Jira.

If the integration is more than this, please explain in more details so that I could check for alternatives.

First of all thank you very much for taking time and answering to this question.

So, purpose is what was explained by users is they want to switch the tabs within Jira like we configure Jira with Atlassian tools. Also, if any ticket has been created in Jira with regards to SE Tools so they can track and Jump into SE Tool directly so that they can interlink both the application and get track of each ticket.

Please assist.
