We are on Jira Server and Confluence Cloud, Application link is configured between both.

How to Integrate Jira software projects to the confluence cloud ?

Can you ask a more specific question?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with the integration?

Are you trying to display Jira issue information in Confluence? If so, there are a few Jira macros you can add to Confluence pages for that.
