Integrate Jira with Artifactory for hosting large attachements

We have recently purchased license for Jira Data Center.

We have a main issue now that our division has reported when hosting large attachments in issues (testcases) it caused a performance issue and workaround to host those attachments in artifactory.

We had a meeting with jfrog and their solution engineer, they said it could be possible but division will need to write their own scripts to upload the attachments to artifactory and track them.

Is there in place plugin that can do that for us, what are the in place options to do that integration between Jira and Artifactory.

Please advise if you have a use case like ours.
