Hello Team,

Could you please let us know if you have any steps or document to Integrate Okta SSO into Test Confluence and JIRA using jar files, we don't want any addon to install for this.

Add-ons are mostly .jar files (or a related thing, called an obr)

You will need to download and install an add-on for this.  See https://saml-doc.okta.com/Provisioning_Docs/Okta_Jira_Authenticator_Configuration_Guide.html

No, you will need to install the Okta add-on to enable it.

We are on jira 8.7.1 and confluence 7.2.1, but in the below documentation showing The current okta tool kit version 3.1.3 supports jira version 8.6.1, but we are on 8.7.1.

JIRA Software: 7.5.2, 7.10.1, 7.11.1, 7.12.3, 7.13.0

Updated April 11, 2019: 8.0.0, 8.0.2, 8.1.0

Updated December 11, 2019: 8.1.1, 8.1.2, 8.1.3, 8.5.0

Updated March 2, 2020: 8.6.1

We tried to install Okta tool kit version 3.1.3 from url, but we are receiving below error.

[jira@ip-172-31-11-17 ~]$ java -jar okta-jira-3.1.3.jar
Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile okta-jira-3.1.3.jar

I have no idea why you are trying to execute a jar file, what documentation are you reading?  (As it's obviously not the doc you've linked to)

As for support for the jar file, you'll probably need to get a new supported version from Okta.  The current version might actually work though, can't hurt to try it.
