Integrating GitHub for Jira App

Hello, 

I am trying to integrate Github with Jira using the app. I have followed the this documentation.

It looks like it has integrated correctly, but I am not seeing the development panel on the issues after commits and I can see no reference to the Jira items in GITHUB.  Please could someone advice? Thank you
