Hi I am new to Jira...just wanted to understand if zendesk and slack can be integrated into the Jira project board and how can that be achieved? Ideally if integration is possible, I only want it to pull tickets / enquiries from zendesk / slack that are of relevance avoiding unnecessary data purging.
Which apps can be installed to support my enquiry?
