Integration of JIRA with Zendesk Not Working

I have correctly configured Zendesk account into JIRA's other apps.

Also, I have added and enabled the Webhook for Zendesk.

The authentication for Zendesk from Jira is also done properly. I can see zendesk ticket link in Jira. 

But no tickets get created whenever a zendesk tickets come in.

Please suggest a solution to this, also correct me if I am wrong anywhere.
