Integration with Microsoft Teams - no issues returned
I have integrated a Teams channel with our Jira Cloud app and selected the same Filter query within Teams as I am using for my Kanban board in Jira. Within Jira the filter I am using returns multiple issues, however the same filter in Teams returns no issues (as per screenshot where I'm hovering over filter to show the query).
Any guidance as to what might be triggering different results would be much appreciated.
