Our system admin received the below error. can someone please explain what this is saying and how can this be resolved. we upgraded from 6.4+agile to JIRA software 7.3.
Check for Duplicate Permissions
Check the permissions are not duplicated

Hi Shilpini,
There seems to be a bug related to the Duplicate Permissions check: JRASERVER-41886. According to the comments you can simply click the "Fix" button to resolve the fake duplicate entries.
If you're really unsure, I would contact Atlassian Support.

thanks for the replies. where can i get more information on this. i want to know what it means and what is the error saying and what scenario should throw this error( true error not a bug)
