Intermittent Issue - Unable to access Jira in Chrome from VDI

Hi,

My team having Jira access issue while using Chrome browser inside VM/VDI.

This is an intermittent issue. It says:

'This site can't provide a secure connection'

xyz.atlassian.net sent an invalid response

Please guide/suggest to resolve this issue.

This suggests the connection between the VM and its host's network connection to the internet is mis-configured, it's falling back on insecure connections because it can't get a secure one, but Cloud won't work over the insecure connection.
