Is CSRF attacks possible on new app installation time?

Hi,

 

I have upgrade the ACSB version and after that I'm getting error on installation time like :

"The app host returned HTTP response code 403 when we tried to contact it during installation"

But when I disabled to check CSRF on installation time then it's working fine.

So my question "Is that possible to attack CSRF on installation time?"
