Is Greenhopper now bundled free with JIRA?

I see from the JIRA 4.4.1 release notes (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+4.4.1+Release+Notes) that "GreenHopper 5.7.1 now bundled with JIRA 4.4.1".

Does that mean that Greenhopper is a free giveaway with JIRA?! Or is it rather that we get the code anyway, but that it is only activated and usable if our licence code includes it (i.e. that we have both the JIRA and Greenhopper licence)?

I think that it means that it is not a seperate install.. Making it that much easier to get up and running.

On the main Atlasian page, GreenHopper is still priced separetly (no change)
