Is Jira dashboard gadget "Personal velocity chart" broken?

I've been using the `Personal velocity chart` gadget in my Jira dashboard for a while and it suddenly stopped working some time in December.  Do we know if there's a fix in place?  Right now it shows up on my dashboard as a blank square with the text "v5.11.0 NEW v6.9.5" at the bottom.  When I click the `edit` button, nothing happens.  Thanks!

Since it's some 3rd party app, I would recommend reaching out to the support of this 3rd-party app.

If the issue persists, you can consider the app I have developed - Multi-team Scrum Metrics & Retrospective.

It can show individual velocity chart, allows users to construct any custom JQL metrics and retrospect them in-place.
