Is Quick Subtasks available in a High Availability environment?

I notice Quick Subtasks does not have a Cloud version. Does that mean it is not available in JIRA Data Center?

I see the logic, but it's actually the opposite.  Data Centre is based on JIRA Server, not JIRA Cloud!

You can install any add-on you want in JIRA DC, like Server.  But some add-ons will not work properly because they try to do things that are not supported by the things DC has to do.  That's why there's an extra badge for DC compatibility. 

However, I think this particular add-on should be fine on DC
