Slack connector was installed several months ago without asking for license, but now after update it is prompting for a subscription fee. Did something changed

I guess you should ask the plugin's maker. But as of right now, it's not free, and seems pretty expensive for a mere connector.

Seriously though. Use HipChat instead. It's free and the integrations are pretty cool. smile
