I have my automation rule setup per the screenshot below. The first condition works by setting the Due to Client custom field date to plus 10 business days when the ticket is created with Tier 1 as the value but the following conditions don't work. Not sure If I need to build those conditions out in separate rules or not.

change your condition block to the If/else condition...
