Is a planned by Atlassian business development to launch a facebook , linked in connectors for Jira?

We need to increase the power of Atlassian products especially the integration between other systems.

First, Connectors to social platforms like Linked In and Facebook, this will increase the chances of selling Jira as an example for the companies have a business with Facebook and Linked In posts and need to receive all their requests to support team in the back end as Jira request.

I'm not sure I understand what it means to connect FB with Jira. What would that look like? What would it accomplish? In any event there currently are addon apps in the Marketplace - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=Facebook
