Is anyone using Jira.JQL in Excel successfully. I cannot get this to work. Any reference material?

Even the simplest of statments results in "Importing from **** -- scoping out the situation".  And there it sits.  

By entry into the Excel cell is

=JIRA.JQL(issue = AEG-3178, summary, 1, 0)
