We currently have Jira Cloud without JSM nor Jira Service Desk. Is it included? If so, can it be configured ?
Hi Miguel,
Batched notifications are available but it has some limitations. It does not work when you use a custom FROM address or a custom domain. I also read it only works when the user uses HTML emails in the profile preferences.
I don't think it works for portal customer notifications.
Here is the ongoing feature request: JRACLOUD-1369 and a related article https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-cloud-email-notifications-are-delayed-1102614971.html
Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the fast answer. In our case, the email FROM address account is "jira@acens.atlassian.net". Is that considered a custom domain?
Thanks in advance.
Miguel.

Hi Miguel,
No that's looks like the default FROM address.
I think it should work for you. But batched notifications are always about 1 single issue. All the changes that happened in a certain timeframe (few minutes) on 1 issue will be on a single email like in my example here were I updated the description, changed the assignee and added a comment.
You can not configure the timeframe like you can on Jira DC.
